Abstract: This marketing plan breaks down the skills and tactics that a company of this type should develop and how to show the value that this strategy brings to customers in a clear way. It´s clear that the current situation caused by the COVID19 is a great crisis for the sector, but also a huge opportunity for companies to decide to make clear changes in their strategies and also for clients and consumers to understand these changes and adopt them as a tool to sustain and improve their services.
