Abstract: | The measurements of the governments to generate cash flow have been to offer money to the banks, but instead of putting the money into the market, the banks have used it to cover their own debts. Therefore, in this situation, the creations of new companies have declined and the closure has been the only solution for many of them. Only those companies that found the way to stay with solid financing and a stable and trusted customer base have been able to survive the crisis. Then, this project conducts a thorough study in order to find out the viability of the company in an economic environment that is still unstable. It investigates what should be its fundamental pillars to make it happen so that it does not remain simply a draft or a new failed attempt. In this project, the reader will be able to find an exhaustive study of the most important points to take into account in order to study the feasibility of the restaurant, such as the study of the environment, marketing, resource and operations and mainly of the financial plan. The financial plan will be the one that will really tell us if the project is viable or not viable. The highlight of the DOGOS restaurant is its strong points, which will be highlighted in front of the rest of the restaurants in the nautical area of Palma de Mallorca. These strengths are the combination of innovative and vegan cuisine with fresh and high quality products, a local adapted to the entrance of pets and the ethical-social commitment of the company to actively collaborate with society. They will address the serious problem with abandonment and mistreatment of animals, and part of the benefits of the restaurant will go to the aid of animal societies. Once the project is finished, it can be seen that the result is a positive viability, and then DOGOS can be a reality in the future, as long as the political and economic conditions do not vary considerably |
