Title: Millores organitzatives i transformació d'una empresa hostalera a través de la implantació d'una solució ERP

Abstract: This final degree project studies the needs of a restaurant that is suffering the difficulties generated by the Covid-19 pandemic and that wants to reinvent itself through the implementation of an ERP system, with the aim of boosting its sales and attracting new customers. The study analyses the current situation of the restaurant, its operation and structure, in order to establish the objectives to be achieved and the opportunities for improvement for this business. Next, the characteristics and requirements necessary for the new integrated information system to meet the objectives set are shown. Subsequently, different models of existing ERP systems on the market that cover the needs of the new system are presented and evaluated as candidates for the final solution for the restaurant. Once the decision has been made as to which system is suitable for the business, the supplier, the methodology and the implementation schedule are selected. Similarly, the project risks and management of system changes are assessed. The end result is a defined project for the implementation of an ERP system adapted to the needs of a catering company.
