Abstract: This project analyzes through each of the four phases of the life cycle of implementation of an Enterprise Information System (EIS) the benefits and risks of the implementation of a CRM system in the health sector. For this, a fictitious hospital complex called Saudelia has been assumed. After a year of changes in which Saudelia is in a phase of business growth and thanks to which the offer of its health services has improved considerably, the organization's management perceives that the link between patients / citizens with the brand has deteriorated, which entails a loss of competitiveness for the organization and damages its strategic objectives. The project consists of carrying out a consultancy to analyze the feasibility of implementing a CRM solution that adds value to communication and relationships between users - whether they are patients, citizens or the health professionals themselves - and the organization.
