Title: Diseño tecno-pedagógico basado en m-learning para el aprendizaje complejo en la educación de adultos
Author: Pinto Mota, Jacqueline Mariela

Abstract: Achieving the adult literacy goals set by UNESCO (2015a) in SDG4 requires more options for accessing quality and inclusive training activities aimed at developing lifelong learning capacity and the competencies needed to solve complex and changing problems, in order to assume an active role in a world characterized by globalization, the penetration of technologies and complexity. Complex learning addresses the development and transfer of complex competencies, under different approaches and design models. Mobile learning (m-learning), as a ubiquitous learning modality, facilitates access at any time and place, adapting to the mobility and life dynamics of the adult population. The pedagogical models for m-learning are based on the capabilities of mobile devices, the student body and social interaction. The techno-pedagogical design of training actions based on m-learning to develop complex competencies in the context of adult education should be approached in an integrated manner, considering the models to promote complex learning, the strategies facilitated by mobile devices, the criteria to promote the transfer of competencies, and the roles and competencies of the professionals who should be involved in the development of these designs. The Learning Design approach is ideal for addressing these designs in an integrated manner.
