Implantación de Ciclos Formativos de grado superior en modalidad Blended Learning en el IES Rodanas

Abstract

El IES Rodanas cuenta con varias familias profesionales entre su oferta educativa. La pandemia y un aumento de empresas en la zona, favorecido por el establecimiento de la empresa bonÀrea en la zona, plantea la posibilidad de que dicha oferta cuente con otras opciones. Este TFM tiene como objetivo el estudio de la viabilidad de la implantación de los ciclos formativos de grado superior de Administración y Finanzas y Diseño de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma en modalidad blended Learning. Una vez analizado el entorno socioeconómico, la tipología de alumnado y las necesidades del entorno laboral, se han realizado encuestas tanto entre el profesorado que imparte clases en los ciclos formativos objeto de la propuesta, como entre el alumnado que o bien están cursando los ciclos formativos en la actualidad y aquellos que los cursaron en los últimos cursos. La determinación de las necesidades físicas, tecnológicas por un lado y por otro las formativas para el profesorado que va a impartir enseñanzas en la modalidad blended learning, marcan el punto de partida para las siguientes fases en la planificación de la propuesta. Finalmente se determina cuál va a ser el calendario de aplicación de las diferentes fases, el diseño de actividades, la implantación de un curso piloto y la evaluación de dicho curso para el posterior desarrollo del curso. El presente trabajo pone de manifiesto que la implantación de la modalidad blended learning en un instituto público de ámbito rural, contribuirá a minimizar la despoblación existente en la España rural gracias a la posibilidad de acceder a una mejor formación lo que contribuirá a mejora el acceso al mundo laboral y la promoción para aquellos que ya estén dentro, todo ello conciliando la faceta personal y familiar con la laboral y académica.

IES Rodanas has several professional families among its educational offer. The pandemic and an increase in the number of companies in the area, favoured by the establishment of the company bonÀrea in the area, raises the possibility that this offer has other options. The aim of this TFM is to study the feasibility of the implementation of higher level training courses in Administration and Finance and Multiplatform Applications Design in blended learning mode. Once the socio-economic environment, the type of students and the needs of the working environment have been analysed, surveys have been carried out both among the teaching staff who give classes in the training cycles that are the object of the proposal, and among the students who are either currently studying the training cycles and those who studied them in the past, or those who studied them in the present. and those who have studied them in recent years. The determination of the physical and technological needs on the one hand, and on the other, the training needs for the teaching staff who are going to teach in the blended learning modality, mark the starting point for the following phases of the project. the starting point for the following phases in the planning of the proposal. Finally, the timetable for the application of the different phases, the design of activities, the implementation of a pilot course and the evaluation of this course for the subsequent development of the course are determined. This work shows that the implementation of blended learning in a rural public secondary school will contribute to minimise the existing depopulation in rural Spain thanks to the possibility of accessing better training, which will contribute to improving access to the world of work and promotion for those who are already in it, all of this reconciling the personal and family facet with the work and academic facet.

L'IES Rodanas compta amb diverses famílies professionals entre la seva oferta educativa. La pandèmia i un augment d'empreses en la zona, afavorit per l'establiment de l'empresa bonÀrea en la zona, planteja la possibilitat que aquesta oferta compti amb altres opcions. Aquest TFM té com a objectiu l'estudi de la viabilitat de la implantació dels cicles formatius de grau superior d'Administració i Finances i Disseny d'Aplicacions Multiplataforma en modalitat blended Learning. Una vegada analitzat l'entorn socioeconòmic, la tipologia d'alumnat i les necessitats de l'entorn laboral, s'han realitzat enquestes tant entre el professorat que imparteix classes en els cicles formatius objecte de la proposta, com entre l'alumnat que o bé estan cursant els cicles formatius en l'actualitat i aquells que els van cursar en els últims cursos. La determinació de les necessitats físiques, tecnològiques, d'una banda, i per un altre les formatives per al professorat que impartirà ensenyaments en la modalitat blended learning, marquen el punt de partida per a les següents fases en la planificació de la proposta. Finalment, es determina quin serà el calendari d'aplicació de les diferents fases, el disseny d'activitats, la implantació d'un curs pilot i l'avaluació d'aquest curs per al posterior desenvolupament del curs. El present treball posa de manifest que la implantació de la modalitat blended learning en un institut públic d'àmbit rural, contribuirà a minimitzar la despoblació existent a l'Espanya rural gràcies a la possibilitat d'accedir a una millor formació el que contribuirà a millora l'accés al món laboral i la promoció per a aquells que ja estiguin dins, tot això conciliant la faceta personal i familiar amb la laboral i acadèmica.
