Abstract: I have always liked the world of video games and currently I still dedicate a space to play it when I have free time. I have almost always seen it from the perspective of the player and taking advantageof this TFG I want to deep and learn the development of a game from start to finish based on the knowledge acquired so far. I have chosen Unity as my programming tool because, based on the previous analysis, I find it very powerful for making a 2D video game, quite intuitive to delve into it, and also with a very low learning curve by the game developer. As the name of the game, I chose Trap the Cat which consists of moving a main character and having to avoid some enemies in order to progress through the different maps and get the final crown. Along the way the character will also interact with objects that can give or take away life respectively. Finally,we can find an item that can grant us a double jump. In this work, the realization of this game is explained step by step with the most important decisions and details that have been chosen for its implementation. The technical and graphic aspects that have been carried out for the elaboration of the work will also be shown, as well as the different screens that interact within the game. I hope to get a game that makes the user feel comfortable interacting with it and wants to keepplaying until it's over.
