Abstract: This Final Degree Work focuses on the exploration of the reality of entrepreneurship of women with functional diversity with the objectives of analyzing the relationship between labor market opportunities and entrepreneurship or self-employment, understanding the reasons that lead to consider self-employment or entrepreneurship and find out about implicit barriers. To achieve this, research han been carried out on the theoreticla framework that underpins this reality and a qualitative reserach in which the lived reality of women who have worked at some point in their lives is explored. This TFG aims to provide a broad vision on the complex reality of entrepreneurship of women with functional diversity, trying to unravel the different mechanisms of light and darkness that operate there, providing new lines of research, work and reflection on a reality each increasingly present today.
