Abstract: This paper proposes an intervention to mitigate resistance to change in two organizations within the social services sector. It is based on literature review and an initial screening survey to validate the presence of change resistance. Subsequently, through a diagnostic questionnaire, resistance factors like fear of the unknown and lack of participation were identified. The need for transparent communication, continuous training, process optimization, and integration of a culture of gender equality within the organization is emphasized. Hence, the proposed intervention is grounded in professional updating, gender perspective, and technological inclusion. The importance of enhancing the sample and utilizing techniques like data triangulation and control groups is underscored. Specific questionnaires are suggested, and future research directions encompass communication, emotional intelligence, and psychological strategies. The study contributes to enhancing change management in social services, positively impacting service quality and adaptation to current challenges.
