App Exousia: empoderamiento del paciente que vive con VIH/SIDA

Abstract

El VIH/SIDA ha afectado a millones de personas en todo el mundo, y aunque existen medidas de prevención como el TAR, PreP y PEP, la meta mundial de terminar con la epidemia para 2030 aún es lejana. En México, los CAPASITS brindan atención especializada en VIH/SIDA e ITS para personas sin seguro médico. La implementación de intervenciones digitales en los CAPASITS puede favorecer el empoderamiento de los pacientes y cumplir con la normativa de promoción y prevención del VIH/SIDA. Es importante destacar que la promoción y prevención del VIH/SIDA es fundamental para el control de la epidemia, y que la implementación de intervenciones digitales en los CAPASITS podría mejorar la calidad de la atención y el acceso a información clave para los pacientes. El diseño de dichas intervenciones digitales debería seguir las normativas establecidas en la NOM-010-SSA-2023 para garantizar su eficacia y cumplimiento legal. En conclusión, la implementación de intervenciones digitales en los CAPASITS puede mejorar la calidad de la atención y el acceso a información valiosa para los pacientes con VIH/SIDA en México. Esto podría ayudar a acercarse a la meta mundial de terminar con la epidemia del VIH/SIDA para 2030.

In Mexico, CAPASITS provide specialized HIV/AIDS and STI care for the uninsured. The implementation of digital interventions in CAPASITS can promote patient empowerment and comply with HIV/AIDS promotion and prevention regulations. It is important to highlight that the promotion and prevention of HIV/AIDS is fundamental to the control of the epidemic, and that the implementation of digital interventions in CAPASITS could improve the quality of care and access to key information for patients. The design of these digital interventions should follow the regulations established in NOM-010-SSA-2023 to ensure their effectiveness and legal compliance. In conclusion, the implementation of digital interventions in CAPASITS can improve the quality of care and access to valuable information for HIV/AIDS patients in Mexico. This could help bring us closer to the global goal of ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic by 2030.
