Title: Un estudio teórico sobre las demandas de las minorías sociales en España mediante el modelo sistémico de David Easton
Author: Naudi Miró, Anna
Tutor: Fondevila Marón, Manuel
Abstract: This master's thesis includes a compilation of legislative demands that mainly seek the social welfare of the different social minorities in Spain linked to the fundamental rights and liberties of the Spanish Constitution of 1978. At the same time, it is important to study the different barriers and legal obstacles at national, regional, and international level that sometimes prevent the full and effective enjoyment of their rights. A qualitative and deductive methodology is used combining political science and constitutional law following David Easton's systemic model to be able to make an orderly synthesis of all these demands that seek a change in the status quo.
