Abstract: Web development is based on the creation of computer tools that allow the integration of content, facilitating access to information from any device. Web applications emerge to address various needs, such as resource management and access to accurate information. In the health field, technological limitations hinder efficiency, affecting clinics that still use traditional methods. The research proposes to develop a web application for the management of medical consultations and other specialties. Using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React and Node.js, the tool will allow you to store clinical data, schedule consultations and reduce dependence on calls and manual procedures. With differentiated login segments for professionals, administrators and patients, the application will offer an interface with a list of consultations, medical records and a planner that can be viewed monthly, weekly and daily. The focus is to make daily, weekly and monthly planning more efficient, reducing management time for professionals and receptionists. The application is proposed as free software, allowing adaptations according to individual needs and facilitating efficient management even for those starting consultations without the capacity to hire specific programmers.
