Author: de Uña Martín, Blanca

Abstract: Homeschooling (HS) is an unknown educational practice in Spain. As a result of the Sars-Cov2 pandemic, a health crisis forced schools to close, generating the collapse, not having online teaching methods or a teaching body suitably updated in educative New Technologies (ICT). The objective of this systematic review (SR) is to introduce innovative educational programs to implement them in our country. These programs are expected to, over time, facilitate a climate of good practices and where the Best Interest of the Minor comes first, making HS an eligible option within the framework of legality. A detailed bibliographic search has been carried out in Open Access ’databases and in specialized magazines, selecting recent articles that show that a quality education without walls is possible. The results indicate that the virtual classroom students are more predisposed and motivated to the task and shared learning, in addition to obtaining better results. On the other hand, teacher training in innovative methods must still be encouraged. This approach to a school without walls can provide preliminary and interesting information to families and educational and social agents, to rethink Education by sighting beyond borders. At the end of this work, a comparison is made among some educational infrastructures that could be torpedoing a more flexible and paidocentric educational system; and it is invited to put into practice new lines of research that could improve the present one.
