The objective of this study is to determine the viability of the new company, the research question is the following: Is the creation of an online kitchen furniture sales company feasible and viable? For this we will carry out an approach to the furniture sector in order to know the current situation in which we find ourselves. Study what competition is going to affect the company, its prices and know how the market is currently. Furthermore, it will be necessary to know what the threats and weaknesses that arise are in order to combat them and be alert to them, and also to know what the strengths and opportunities exist in order to be able to take advantage of them and point out the most promising lines of action for the company. Next, you will have to develop an operations plan and the portfolio of products that you offer to clients. In this way you can choose the legal and tax form of the same. It will also be necessary to indicate what the main values and mission of the company are. This is going to be the key that will make the difference with direct competition. On the other hand, the marketing plan to be carried out will be developed. All variables of the marketing mix will be analyzed, such as price, product, promotion and distribution of the same. Market analysis, to identify the target audience. Finally, a financial plan will be made. To do this, it will be necessary to collect data of an economic and financial nature that will allow studying the feasibility economics of the project. It will analyze the investment and financing plan that will be carried out, in addition to analyzing the profitability, solvency and liquidity of the company.
