Abstract: The present investigation aims to investigate how the Universal Design of Learning is being implemented with secondary students diagnosed with ADHD in a secondary school. The research has been based on two methodologies, quantitative and qualitative. On the one hand, information was collected through a questionnaire aimed at secondary school teachers and, on the other hand, an interview was carried out with one of the center's counselors in order not only to have the vision of the teachers and to know the opinion of this issue by a professional of psychopedagogy. The results show that there is a lack of teacher training on ADHD and other issues -SAD, universal measures and supports...-, fact that affects their pedagogical practice and that prevents satisfying the needs that these students can present.
