Title: Els beneficis del benestar personal al lloc de treball. Estudi comparatiu entre dues empreses del territori

Abstract: The new life habits of the society have made that we live characterized bythe celerity of the changes. The new forms of organization of the work had transformed the companies and, therefore, his employees. These changes have impacted on the workers, meaning new challenges and new requirements that the workplace demands, having to make an additional effort to carry out the tasks properly. Well-being at the workplace must become primordial for the companies, especially in management teams, this is why this research was conducted, the main objective of this was to identify the benefits that the personal well-being of the team in the workplace of a company that has implemented a well-being program compared to another that does not. The research has been followed the scientific method typical of empirical studies, with a theoretical foundation, and has been corroborated through the analysis of the data obtained from two private companies. To carry out this analysis, was used the Qüestionari de Satisfacció Laboral S20/23 designed by Meliá and Peiró. The bibliography consulted has confirmed the importance of personal wellbeing in people and, every time, it acquires more relevance in the workplace. The results obtained have shown a positive relationship between the actions of personal well-being at work and, staff and organizations. Through the opinion of the workers, they have made possible to assess the quality of the working environment using five factors and to know the differences between the two companies. Despite the results obtained, it is necessary to do more research that deal with this subject to work on personal well-being programs in companies, which allow the development of prevention measures and improve the well-being of the employed.
