Abstract: This document aims to define the concepts that are related to the learning assessment at the UOC. The context for the framework is the UOC, a university that has a completely online educational model. The core of the document is based on conceptualizing the learning assessment as a learning process and as a formative, planned and reflective one. It is a digital assessment, which can have the support of Artificial Intelligence and which must fulfill an accreditation function. The learning asessessment at UOC is also authentic, competent, inclusive and ethical.
