Implementació d'una aplicació iOS per gestionar ingressos i despeses en habitatges d'ús turístic

Abstract

El Treball Final de Màster està centrat en oferir als propietaris d'allotjaments turístics una aplicació per a dispositius iOS que permeti introduir les dades dels habitatges que es posen a lloguer, els ingressos que es reben per les reserves i, també, les despeses habituals com: gas, llum, aigua, telèfon, internet i reparacions. L'objectiu final és obtenir un càlcul del benefici i un resum per pagar la taxa turística a l'Administració.

The Master Thesis is focused on providing owners of tourist accommodation with an application for iOS devices that allows them to enter the data of the properties that they have, the rental income received for the bookings, and the commodities costs (gas, electricity, water, telephone, internet and repairs). The ultimate goal is to obtain an estimate of the profits, and a summary to pay the taxes to the government.

El Trabajo Fin de Máster está centrado en ofrecer a los propietarios de alojamientos turísticos una aplicación para dispositivos iOS que permita introducir los datos de las viviendas que se ponen a alquiler, los ingresos que se reciben por las reservas y, también, los gastos habituales como: gas, luz, agua, teléfono, internet y reparaciones. El objetivo final es obtener un cálculo del beneficio y un resumen para pagar la tasa turística a la Administración.
