Abstract: Media convergence has meant a change in the way we consume and produce the media. The channels multiplication has led to the birth of a new narrative model: transmedia storytelling. This new narrative uses all available channels to reach different parts of the story so consumers have to interrelate them. This process raises new demands on viewers and depends on the active participation of knowledge communities to unravel the unsolved mysteries. This thesis addresses both related elements and the implementation process of a transmedia project in order to detail which are the characteristics that make a story catches his followers so efficiently.
