Abstract: Digital age has started a revolution in the film industry. Low cost equipment and economical crisis have allowed the emergence of low cost productions (popularly known as cinema low cost). This kind of film aims to be as the conventional cinema regarding its quality and its creativity, although its budget is much lower than conventional cinema is. In addition, cast and crew doesn¿t earn any money if the film doesn¿t get enough economical benefits. Even low budget, cinematographer needs to shot with the same quality of image and creativity as the conventional cinema has. Every production is different but director of photography works as their antecessor shot (same methodology, organization of department and teamwork with the other departments) from the beginning of cinema history since nowadays.
