Title: Cambios y tendencias en la publicación de revistas científicas
Author: López-Borrull, Alexandre
Abstract: Scientific communication has one of its main pillars in scientific journals. Thus, since in 1665 Denis de Sallo created the Journal des Sçavans, which was followed shortly thereafter by the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society of London, The existence of the magazine as a vehicle for disseminating science has been a constant, along with its new advances and new knowledge. Certainly, the depth and content of the articles has varied, from the mere announcement of the discoveries to the profusion of the methodology and the results that allow the adequate reproducibility of the exposed. It is very remarkable that, so many years later, these vehicles continue to receive the legitimacy of scientists.
