Abstract: We know the importance of the game for a proper integral development of the child. When we talk about students with autism spectrum disorder, it becomes more relevant, as we will see later. At the same time, music therapy has emerged as one of the therapies with the greatest positive effects in various fields (cognitive, motor, ...), although there are few studies that directly relate it to the object of study of this work. The present case study is carried out in the context of an ASD classroom integrated in an ordinary center, with a 3-year-old girl who is diagnosed with ASD and who has been found to benefit from this type of intervention. It aims to show to what extent the work of the game through the sessions of music therapy, manages to improve the aspects in which there are greater difficulties, such as language and social skills, ocular, etc. For this, the study begins with a conceptual approach to the autistic spectrum and its evolution over time, a description of the case, based on the relevant information extracted from the report issued by the Early Care Team, the initial evaluation prior to the sessions. and a detailed description of the activities and other relevant aspects. Afterwards, we put it into practice and carry out the analysis of the results. Although the study has the main limitation of time, the results obtained exceed the initial expectations and corroborate our research hypothesis, as can be read in the conclusions section.
