Posició global de clients a entitats financeres amb bases de dades NoSQL. (Vista 360º)

Abstract

Segons la tendència actual, els bancs estan virtualitzant els seus serveis oferint des dels qualsevol mena de dispositiu accés segur a la operativa del client. D'aquesta manera es summament rellevant pel funcionament dels bancs que el client pugui gestionar i veure totes les operacions sense necessitat d'apropar-se a la oficina bancària. De fet, és així, s'automatitza el servei i s'és més eficient a l'hora. L'objectiu del treball és veure l'estat global i detallat de la posició del client en el banc en unes poques planes informatives, incloent l'estat d'ingressos i despeses, rebuts domiciliats, targetes i altres productes contractats com hipoteques i préstecs. On es pot gestionar, millorar i ajustar operacions dels clients a possibles necessitats futures. També com a mètode per rebre documentació de la entitat i com a mètode de comunicació de novetats, resums fiscals, legals, reglamentaris o publicitaris del banc. Per portar a terme aquest objectiu, mitjançant un procés d'iteració basat en prototipus, s'ha preparat un sistema gestor de bases de dades basat en MongoDB separat de la interfície pel client mitjançant un servei web. S'ha preparat un sistema de interfície textual entre el servei web i la base de dades per interactuar amb les taules dels clients i consultar i modificar les dades corresponents. Finalment s'ha construït un prototipus de front-end (client) per mostrar l'actuació del sistema "Single View". D'aquesta manera l'interès de la rendibilitat del banc es mostra al client com una comoditat cap a ell i no pas com una retallada de l'atenció al client.

The purpose of the work is to see the global and detailed status of the customer's position in the bank in a few informative sheets, including the statement of income and expenses, direct debit, cards and other products contracted as mortgages and loans. Also as a method to receive documentation of the entity and as a method of communication of news, fiscal, legal, regulatory or advertising summaries of the bank. To accomplish this goal, through a prototype-based iteration process, a MongoDB-based database management system was prepared separately from the client interface through a web service. A textual interface system has been prepared between the web service and the database to interact with the clients' tables for consult and modify the corresponding data. Finally, it was built a prototype of front-end (client) to show the performance of the "Single View" system. This way, the interest of the bank's profitability is shown to the client as a comfort to him and not as a cuts in customer service.

Según la tendencia actual, los bancos están virtualitzant sus servicios ofreciendo desde los cualquier tipo de dispositivo acceso seguro a la operativa del cliente. De este modo se sumamente relevante por el funcionamiento de los bancos que el cliente pueda gestionar y ver todas las operaciones sin necesidad de acercarse a la oficina bancaria. De hecho, es así, se automatiza el servicio y se es más eficiente a la hora. El objetivo del trabajo es ver el estado global y detallado de la posición del cliente en el banco en unas pocas llanuras informativas, incluyendo el estado de ingresos y gastos, recibos domiciliados, tarjetas y otros productos contratados como hipotecas y préstamos. Donde se puede gestionar, mejorar y ajustar operaciones de los clientes a posibles necesidades futuras. Se ha preparado un sistema de interfaz textual entre el servicio web y la base de datos para interactuar con las tablas de los clientes y consultar y modificar los datos correspondientes. Finalmente se ha construido un prototipo de frente-end (cliente) para mostrar la actuación del sistema "Single View". De este modo el interés de la rentabilidad del banco se muestra al cliente como una comodidad hacia él y no como un recorte de la atención al cliente.
