Title: Microlearning aplicado para la adquisición de competencias
Author: Silva Velasco, María Fernanda
Tutor: Beneyto Seoane, Mar
Abstract: In this work, microlearning is studied as a self-determined learning strategy that fragments teaching resources for the acquisition of skills in adults. The process of acquiring skills and the way in which microlearning provides a crucial knowledge base for the subsequent application of these in a practical environment is analyzed. Likewise, the types and levels of competences to be acquired are identified according to this methodology, following the categorization of competences of the Conceptual Framework for the evaluation of competences of UNESCO (2016); and the need for monitoring techniques and practical application to corroborate its acquisition is exposed. This work is located within the paradigm of the information society, in which the needs for learning and updating skills in adults are increasing. The rapid evolution of this has boosted microlearning, because each time you need to know more in less time.
