Abstract: The purpose is knowing and contrasting the results obtained on the different selected studies performed by teenagers (ages between 10 to 19 years) among different schools and geographic areas, about the effects the breakfast and the lack of breakfast have, as well as the quality, on their academic performance is the purpose of this bibliographic review. It is valued by the grades obtained according to the memory, concentration and attention.
