Abstract: The research focuses on the analysis of disruptive behaviors as well as the key elements in classroom management and the teacher's role as a facilitator of a good school climate in order to study and describe the most effective classroom management measures when teaching curricular contents and transforming schools into coexistence centers. Lastly, strategies are proposed for better classroom management around: (1) the classroom culture, (2) the emotional and motivational field and (3) the preventive measures and non-invasive corrections, which are all essential to generate learning processes.
