Abstract: SIREDACU is a system created for the Communications Department of Navarre Red Cross whose purpose is the collection of data through an application that replaces the current one that has become obsolete by the new reality of volunteering. To carry out the application, it has carried out a planning based on four intermediate validation points that have marked the project. I Definition and planning. II System design. III Implementation of the application. IV Report and presentation of the project. It has been used a programming methodology based on the life cycle of agile and XP technology, developing the application in local mode and uploading finished parts to the project hosting to be tested by real users. The objectives, results and risks of the project have been marked. Made diagram designs, database, iteration and screen that show the operation of the application. For the project, I have used the languages and frameworks Bootstrap, Vue, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, JQuery, CSS and HTML; and the following applications for its development and management phpMyAdmin, MariaDB, Visual Studio Code, and, GitHub to store the files. The internet infrastructure to support the application must use LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL / MariaDB and PHP). Have been proposed a series of screen operation tests have been proposed and an example of execution for project acceptance. The application is fully functional, although must be explored some technologies used to improve product quality and facilitate the implementation of new utilities.
