Abstract: This Project focuses on the area of Industrial Maintenance and it is the answer to a requirement from the Maintenance Department of an automotive Company. It consists of identifying tools that carrying vehicles through an aerial conveyor to have its maintenance traceability. When the hanger comes inside maintenance host, an RFID device detects it. The PLC of the facility get the data from the RFID and send to a SCADA system in order to advice to maintenance team. At once, it sends a new incident event to the Maintenance management system. In this TFG I have worked with the next subjects: ·RFID devices to identify the tools. Its brand is Pepperl+Fuchs. ·PLC programming with Studio5000, Rockwell Software. ·SACADA programming with Factory Talk View SE, Rockwell Software. ·Generate SQL transactions with Factory Talk Transaction Manger, Rockwell Software.
