Abstract: The article presents some impacts on worker well-being of the technologies that drove the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the new ways of working that have accompanied them. Some of these technologies and ways of working are briefly defined and their possible impacts on workers' physical and psychosocial well-being are discussed, indicating both favorable and unfavorable ones. Finally, we reflect on the role of the managers in the choice of technologies and their implementation.
