Digitalización y bienestar de los trabajadores

Abstract

El artículo presenta algunos impactos sobre el bienestar de los trabajadores de las tecnologías impulsoras de la Cuarta Revolución Industrial y las nuevas formas de trabajar que las han acompañado. Se definen brevemente algunas de estas tecnologías y formas de trabajar y se comentan sus posibles impactos sobre el bienestar físico y psicosocial de los trabajadores, indicando tanto los favorables como los desfavorables. Para finalizar, se reflexiona sobre el rol de la dirección de las empresas en la elección de tecnologías y su implantación.

The article presents some impacts on worker well-being of the technologies that drove the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the new ways of working that have accompanied them. Some of these technologies and ways of working are briefly defined and their possible impacts on workers' physical and psychosocial well-being are discussed, indicating both favorable and unfavorable ones. Finally, we reflect on the role of the managers in the choice of technologies and their implementation.
