Abstract: The purpose of this work is to provide an analysis that serves as a guiding guide for the management of digital products. Currently, there are many methodologies, most of them are used to manage projects aimed primarily at software development. In this work it is clearly explained that it is a digital product, all the functional areas that compose it, the relationship with the business, its life cycle and the different development cycles. To successfully manage digital products, we explain how to manage and synchronize different methodologies, how to form product teams, and provide references on how to measure the success of a product.
