Abstract: Research questions that can be answered from completion of this study are based on the following: How do welcome classrooms or TAE (school adaptation workshops) work for secondary school immigrant students in the school studied? What differences exist depending on whether the school is public or private? Does the number of immigrants in the school affect the strategy followed for the integration of these students? Does country of origin affect integration of immigrants in the school (including language and culture)? What educational resources are used? How does language learning evolve in these students? What integration strategies are implemented from schools? How have the challenges presented in previous courses been met? What do these students and their families expect from the school? Can these learning and welcoming strategies for students be improved?
