Abstract: This Master's Thesis aims to carry out a bibliographic review in order to analyze the elements or factors that are essential for the realization of successful teaching and learning practices fully virtual in Higher Education, based on the shared construction of knowledge and mediated by ICT. The technique applied for data collection and analysis has been meta-analysis. It also starts from the recognition of possible difficulties in implementing the dynamics of collaborative work online and the need to promote certain skills and attitudes within the team, as well as determining teaching competencies required for the design, implementation and support of such proposals. The investigation extracts, from the bibliographic review, those values that need to be encouraged to make collaborative relationships more effective and positive for learning. This research also includes the implications of this way of working in the role of the online teacher. Finally, based on the results and conclusions reached, a series of recommendations are offered to improve educational proposals based on online collaboration in Higher Education.
