Abstract: The present dissertation explores the evolution of corporate communications within the current digitalisation context. In the first part we explore organisational communication theory in the context of industrial and digital revolutions, while in the second part we explore in detail the use of communication in the commercialisation of products and services. Lastly, we analyse the most common communication methods and tools used by businesses within their marketing strategies and we explore four practical cases of businesses that represent they key marketing communication strategies most used nowadays within the digital environment.
