Abstract: The following Final Master's Project proposes the development of a series of simulations and emulations on firmwares or sections of firmwares commonly used in IoT devices, seeking to achieve the execution of some of these functionalities without the need for hardware architectures to which were designed, this will be achieved through a process called re-hosting using multiple open source tools using a series of virtualization environments which are adapted to the required simulation needs, the target firmware will be taken from sources open and usually used in IoT hardware.
