The work is addressed through legislation and measures that have been implemented in reference to electronic administration as well as, through the study of previous data and those collected during the state of alarm, regarding the collegiate bodies, teleworking and face-to-face care with a questionnaire on teleworking carried out in the municipality, the suspension of administrative deadlines, the issuance of digital certificates and the virtual tax office of the Municipality of l'Alcúdia. Through these data we reach the object that was intended with this work and which is to glimpse that this sanitary crisis has made visible the real situation that existed in reference to electronic administration in our administrations and has been the impulse that it needed to definitively enter into a more modern administration.
