Abstract: The secondary schools under the Education Department, whether public or subsidized, have a common application of academic administration and management called SAGA. Currently this system is management use only, closed to any interaction by members of the educational community than address, faculty or administrative staff. The intention of this work is to identify gaps and/or deficiencies in the existing system, correcting and opening to the rest of the educational community, particularly parents or guardians of students at the school. The intention of this work is to facilitate this interaction both people currently working and with this system and susceptible to work in the future.
