Abstract: Throughout this project, the objective is to share the current situation of telework, not only due to the outbreak of the new disease COVID-19, but also to make a brief review of the situation before the pandemic, then what point is it currently and, finally, to collect what impressions the population has in this regard, that is, are we ready to work from home? Do factors influence, such as children, type of population? etc. However, throughout this project, there will be a review of what is the legislation about that, and we'll look briefly to the teleworking with information related to Catalonia, Spain and with small notes at the Europe, too. The conduct of this project, was based on a survey done and sprouted electronically, in accordance with the conditions of confinement established by the state of alarm in force since March 15, 2020 to June 21, 2020, analysing the results from a point of view as quantitative as qualitative.
