Title: Trencant tabús. Com operen els discursos entre sexualitat i diversitat intel·lectual a la Residència Mas Vella Terra, des d'una perspectiva crítica
Author: Palacios López, Aina

Abstract: Sometimes we need someone to help us open our eyes, to understand that there are more looks than the only one that we have been taught and learned and established as valid. This work is that, a critical reflection on myself, on what paradigm guides me when carrying out my professional practice and, above all, how little by little I have been able to unlearn what has built me as a person and as a professional in the Oldest Land Residence. This trip has allowed me to learn about other ways of understanding people's bodies, affectivity and sexuality, especially people with diverse abilities, an aspect that generated certain concerns and discomforts and that led me to question myself about my task. , and that of my colleagues. Now I see myself capable of transforming the small community in which I work as an educator, and I see myself capable of acting as a subject of empowerment and accompaniment so that the people who live in the residence are placed at the forefront of their struggle to claim the affective rights that deserve to exercise.
