Title: Cuáles son los factores que mejoran la satisfacción laboral en los empleados/as del sector de la moda

Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze the current situation of job satisfaction of workers in the fashion sector and what factors could be improved. Job satisfaction in the fashion sector has a direct impact on the quality of service, shop positions, product quality, design hangar positions and offices. For this reason, it is important to consider which strategies could contribute to the improvement of job satisfaction. Through the search of different articles, news and reports related to the fashion sector, human management and job satisfaction it has been possible to obtain a current reflection of the situation in the sector and in turn the knowledge of its points of improvement. Then a form has been carried out in which different items have been analyzed through various questions concerning general information such as sex, age, studies, etc., the Overall Job Satisfaction Scale in order to know the degree of satisfaction of the participants, has also proposed a scale of preferences regarding the multiple factors that can influence the improvement of job satisfaction and, Finally, 4 interviews have been conducted with people from the sector with different jobs to delve into aspects such as flexibility, training, values, etc. Finally, a search has been carried out on the strategies related to the management of people who use exemplary companies in the fashion sector and other sectors, in order to carry out a comparison and to be able to analyze the feasibility of these strategies in the sector. Having done all of the above, it has been possible to conclude that the most desired measure by the participants is to obtain a good salary, followed by flexibility, positive leadership and training and professional development plans. For it would be relevant to delve into strategies focused on these factors to improve job satisfaction. While this is true, such a statement could not be considered absolute since the sample of participants is quite small compared to the employability generated by this sector.
