Abstract: This research has been involved in order to analyse Tentations' company, a clothes shop located in old town of Girona, manage it by entrepreneur without any experience related with that sector and even any knowledge on business areas. The project was started with acquisition of a franchise then, after realize of some shortages and many weaknesses the company decided to set up own brand allowing the creation of a new image more desirable. From that moment, the entrepreneur gets most of business roles such as purchasing management, product introduction on a program, establishing prices, discount and the most important, working on branding cause Tentations was a new company and it didn't have any positioning and reference on the market. The main aspects explored in this study are expenses and income, these ones have worked in depth. On the one hand, observing every king of expenses and doing a provision budget for the year 2017 and on the other hand, income has been worked daily and through this have been elaborated monthly summaries that they are going to help us to determine goals for the remainder of 2017 and carry out the marketing plan too. To conclude, having total control of what is happening in the company is a difficult task, above all if the person who is the entrepreneur doesn't have any professional experience on that field. There are several relevant aspects for example gross margin, average customer ticket and average sale price that have to be careful.
