Abstract: The First Game is a videogame developed through a semester to finish the degree in multimedia at the UOC. The goal of the project is to obtain the knowledge to create a videogame as if it was a professional commission, but following realistic objectives marked by previous knowings studied during the degree and time limitations. The main idea of the project has been to consolidate a great amount of the knowledge learned through the degree and acquire new knowledge that can be applied in future projects related or not to the videogame industry. The game has been developed for Windows computers using the development platform Unity, alongside the asset TopDownEngine and is an action, third person, 3D game. The work started with a base idea of the game to develop through the entire project, that idea was modified accordingly to fit the semester, and with that modified idea the work started. Finally, a shooter game with nine playable levels that follow the story of our character was developed. To complement the product a trailer and videos that show the creation process were created. Finally, I ended with a complete multimedia project that encompasses great parts of the knowledge studied during the degree.
