Title: Implantación de un ERP en una tienda de productos alimentarios gourmet

Abstract: In this final degree project, we are presenting the steps to carry out an implementation of an ERP in an SMB dedicated to sell gourmet food products. Due to its growth, deficiencies are observed, and the goal is to solve them through digitization, specifically, an ERP software.First, we will analyze the current situation of the business, in which the resources, people and available technology are described, as well as the weaknesses detected in their processes after the analysis. It is at that point when we decide that it would be a good idea to develop an ERP. From there, a selection process will take place, in which via filtering steps will result in obtaining one of the suppliers for our implantation, through a partner. After that, we will describe the implementation phase, consisting of a cost analysis, a risk analysis, team selection and a calendar, to be able to describe the methodology of the implantation, based in Oracle for cloud implantations. For the last stage we will have the post-implementation, where the system will be stabilized, and the final mistakes detected.To conclude, in this thesis we will present the different problems that can occur in a growing business that is not digitalized, and how an ERP can be implemented in a proper way, so the project has the maximum probability of success. In this way, we will have a wide vision of a full ERP implementation process.
