Abstract: Rootine is a sports routine management application that allows its users to keep track of their sports activities. It is mainly focused on gym users, where they train with weight training or weight loss routines using gym machines, with exercises that are made up of sets and repetitions. The methodology used for its development has been SCRUM, which allows to define a set of tasks to be performed in a limited time. During the development of the project, four functional versions of the application have been obtained, where each update has had more functionalities until reaching the final version, which has implemented all the functionalities described in this document. A set of people has tested the app during all phases of development, and their feedback has been taken into account at all times. As a final conclusion, this has been a project that has served to test the skills of task planning and time management, and has also been a good example of a user-centered development, as at all times the main focus has been the functionality of the application for solving the end needs of users.
