Traducción del testamento de Joseph P. Kennedy

Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en la traducción al español del testamento de Joseph P. Kennedy realizado en Estados Unidos y escrito en inglés. Joseph P. Kennedy fue un empresario y político de origen estadounidense, padre del trigésimo quinto presidente de los Estados Unidos, John F. Kennedy. El objetivo de este trabajo es aplicar todos los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo del grado a través de la traducción y análisis del testamento. En él se encuentra la definición y estructura del derecho español y estadounidense, la traducción de testamento, así como un análisis de la traducción, junto a la terminología más relevante del documento.

This paper contains the translation into Spanish of Joseph P. Kennedy's will, which was written in English at the United States. Kennedy was an American businessman and politician, as well as the father of the thirty-fifth President of the United States, John F. Kennedy. The aim of this paper is to apply all the knowledge acquired throughout the degree through the translation and analysis of the will. It contains the definition and structure of Spanish and American law, the translation of the will, as well as an analysis of the translation, together with the most relevant terminology of the document.

Aquest treball consisteix en la traducció a l'espanyol del testament de Joseph P. Kennedy realitzat als Estats Units i escrit en anglès. Joseph P. Kennedy va ser un empresari i polític d'origen estatunidenc, pare del trenta-cinquè president dels Estats Units, John F. Kennedy. L'objectiu d'aquest treball és aplicar tots els coneixements adquirits al llarg del grau a través de la traducció i anàlisi del testament. En ell es troba la definició i estructura del dret espanyol i estatunidenc, la traducció de testament, així com una anàlisi de la traducció, al costat de la terminologia més rellevant del document.
