Abstract: When we think of developing a digital marketing plan, most of the time we think of companies and businesses with physical products, but hardly a service is thought of. With this Final Master's Thesis, the aim is to develop a digital marketing plan for a gospel / soul choir, belonging to the performing arts sector that has been affected so much during the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
