This work aims to show the reality of a secondary school with regard to the attitude of teachers to the hybrid learning situation implemented this year due to the pandemic in high school students. First of all, research has been carried out into information based on what hybrid education is, with its advantages and disadvantages, the educational context of baccalaureate and research into the advantages and disadvantages of ICT. A data collection methodology is followed by a questionnaire to the teachers of the Tremp Institute. Because of the results, it is obtained that the faculty has not felt comfortable or satisfied with the hybrid implementation applied to the center, although they do feel sufficiently trained with digital competence to work telematically.
