Abstract: In a world where climate change, biodiversity loss, food security, and diet-related diseases are major concerns, changing diet can be one of the most effective actions we can take to build a better future. However, eating habits are among the most difficult behaviors to change, and there is little evidence to suggest that behavioral interventions produce lasting changes. The objective of this work is to identify predisposing, reinforcing and facilitating factors through the Precede-Proceed method to promote healthy and sustainable eating for Danone employees (Danoners). The main predisposing factors found are the high level of knowledge and consideration of the subject, the facilitating factors observed in the predisposition to receive more information, accessibility to sustainable food and availability of time to buy and prepare food and finally The reinforcing factors identified are the positive impact that this type of food could bring to health and the planet to which they are applied. It has been concluded that the training has a positive impact on the habits of Danoners, so based on these results, Danone's Human Resources managers will be able to adjust the Healthy and Sustainable Food program in order to continue improving, and optimizing the results of these interventions.
