Abstract: The general objective of this research project is to know the emotional state of secondary school students in Catalan high schools in the third quarter of the academic year 2020-2021 after the COVID-19 pandemic. The hypothesis from which we start is that both in the group of adolescents and in the group of teachers, the results of intelligence will be lower than the average given the current post-pandemic situation. In order to achieve the general objective, we have carried out the research in an educational center in Barcelona, to which a questionnaire has been sent to the students and another to the teachers in order to obtain information about their current emotional state as well as a certain number of interviews a posteriori to obtain more qualitative data about the current situation and about the needs they may have.
