| Abstract: | This work seeks to carry out a study of the degree of regulatory compliance in a set of web pages, in particular the management of cookies, and establish action criteria (protocols) to avoid the most significant deficiencies. With that objective, we will proceed to describe the cookie management mechanism that has been implemented and determine if it follows the recommendations of the AEPD, according to the cookie guide that it has published, it will also be evaluated with different trackers, if the information provided The cookie policy is correct and it will be determined which CMP (Consent Management Platform) are the most appropriate. |
